De manera vertiginosa, los votos en el bloque oficialista comenzaron a decantarse en las últimas horas a favor de apoyar el acuerdo con el Fondo Monetario Internacional, dejando al sector de la bancada que responde a Cristina Kirchner en minoría de cara a la trascendental sesión en el Senado.
En este sentido, fue reveladora la reunión que sostuvieron los senadores del Frente de Todos ayer al mediodía, en la que muchos legisladores comenzaron a perder el temor a manifestar su decisión de que apoyarán al Gobierno nacional.
Hasta el momento, al menos unos 20 senadores oficialistas estarían pulsando el botón verde a la hora de votar el proyecto del Poder Ejecutivo, según un relevamiento realizado por este diario. La cifra podría incrementarse en las próximas horas.
En la vereda de enfrente se ubicarían unos 12 legisladores, integrantes de diferentes colectivos kirchneristas, con base en aquellos que tienen terminal en La Cámpora y en el Instituto Patria.
Sin embargo, esto no significa que la docena de críticos votarán en contra, ya que algunos podrían optar por ausentarse o abstenerse, otras dos herramientas a las que podría apelar el kirchnerismo para demostrar su disconformidad con el acuerdo con el Fondo Monetario Internacional, como ocurrió cuando el proyecto se discutió en la Cámara de Diputados.
La amplia mayoría que apoyó el entendimiento en la Cámara baja la semana pasada y el pedido de los gobernadores peronistas son algunos de los factores que se conjugaron en los últimos días para acelerar la decisión de muchos legisladores oficialistas en apoyo del Gobierno nacional.
Alertados por los rumores sobre una fuerte disidencia en el oficialismo del Senado, los caciques provinciales peronistas comenzaron a jugar fuerte en defensa de sus propios intereses.
Es que muchos distritos tienen deuda en bonos en moneda extranjera y un default de la deuda soberana del país impactaría de manera directa en los títulos. A eso se suma el hecho de que la mayoría de las provincias tienen sus necesidades financieras atadas al destino del gobierno de Alberto Fernández.
Este fue el mensaje que recibió la semana pasada el jefe de la bancada oficialista del Senado, José Mayans (Formosa), en la reunión que mantuvo en Casa de Gobierno con el jefe de Gabinete, Juan Manzur.

Crítico acérrimo del endeudamiento tomado por el gobierno de Mauricio Macri, terminará votando a favor del acuerdo. Se conjugan en su decisión el pedido de Gildo Insfrán y su condición de jefe de la bancada del Gobierno en el Senado, las que pesarán más que sus coincidencias políticas e ideológicas con la postura de Cristina Kirchner sobre el arreglo de la deuda.
Los rechazos
En este escenario, la resistencia al acuerdo empezó a perder peso en el bloque oficialista, limitándose cada vez más a los senadores que responden sin cortapisas a Cristina Kirchner.
Así, en la lista de rechazos se inscriben los cinco senadores de La Cámpora. Ellos son los dos fueguinos, Matías Rodríguez y María Eugenia Duré; Martín Doñate (Río Negro), Mariano Recalde (Capital) y Anabel Fernández Sagasti (Mendoza).
Sin embargo, la senadora mendocina, todavía no hizo público su rechazo. De hecho, cuando se la consultó dijo que no tenía decidida su postura y que iba a votar como “peronista y mendocina”.
